Note N°06

Every added assistant, every added integration, every added prompt library increases capability and complexity in roughly equal measure. The question is which curve you are managing.
The first assistant delivers obvious lift. The second delivers real lift and hidden overhead. The tenth delivers marginal lift and substantial overhead that no one is measuring.
There is a version of AI adoption in which an agency ends the year with more tools, more prompts, more governance meetings, and roughly the same operating capacity as it started with.
Extending deliberately is not a slogan. It is a defense against your own enthusiasm.
“There is a version of AI adoption in which capability compounds, complexity compounds faster, and capacity does not move.”
